1. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders and sales made directly through New School Photo via PayPal or our contact form. Please read them carefully and be aware that they may be altered if necessary over time.

2. Having viewed a gallery, you may order prints directly via the order page or by providing the gallery title, photograph number and size of print required along with your contact details using the contact page. All prices are in GBP and include VAT.

3. New School Photo relies on you providing correct contact details in order that we may contact you if there is a query or problem concerning your order. Any change of delivery address should be notified to us as soon as possible. New School cannot be held responsible for a delay or loss of a product due to incorrect contact or delivery details being supplied to us.

4. It is the aim of New School Photo to dispatch orders made for individual photographs via this website within 10 working days of your order being placed. Orders for school photo packages will be delivered to you via the school, except for late orders for which there will be an additional £5.00 administration fee.

5. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of ordering and New School Photo may choose to withhold your order until funds have cleared where payment has been made by cheque. All credit/debit cards are made through PayPal via a secure link and New School Photo has no responsibility for, or control or influence over this process.

6. If you are not satisfied with the products supplied to you, you may return the products for a full refund within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product by you. See the contact page for return address details. New School Photo will then review the problem and where possible amend and replace the products free of charge. If this not possible then you will receive a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law. Comments or any complaints you may have regarding New School Photo may be submitted via the details on the contact page.
